As the Managing Director, Stuart is actively involved in each client engagement, to ensure a high quality output & client success. Stuart has 22 years data & analytics experience in leadership & business management roles. Starting his career with Deloitte & IBM, Stuart then worked for data & analytics vendors Crystal Decisions & SAS. In 2003 Stuart co-founded Inside Info that launched the Qlik BI platform to the Australian market. As the Managing Director, Stuart led the growth of Inside Info from a start-up to a successful top level Qlik partner with over 100 clients.

Kadu brings with him over 28 years’ experience within IT & 19 years’ deep data expertise to the BoomData team as the lead of our Data Management practice, overseeing all initiatives across the data disciplines such as strategy, architecture, engineering, warehousing/lakehousing, governance, quality, integration & connecting artificial intelligence & machine learning to data platforms. Possessing strong hands-on skills and using various technologies & frameworks such as Azure Cloud, Azure Data Solutions, AWS Cloud, AWS Data Solutions, Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Terraform & Power Platform. Previous roles include Head of Data at Finity, Principal Data Consultant roles at both Servian & DNX Solutions, BI Lead at AI Australia & has also grown & led his own Microsoft Data & Analytics consultancy firm in Brazil. Kadu is an MBA professor and coordinator in project management practices, Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate & Power BI Professional, AWS Architect & Practitioner & Certified & Scrum Master Certified.

Michael is a seasoned and highly skilled data & analytics practitioner, with over 20 year’s commercial & technical expertise in designing, developing, deploying and supporting analytics solutions. As the Managing Consultant – BI & Reporting, Michael leads the Power BI analytics and reporting consulting team at BoomData. Michael takes a strategic approach to each client engagement with a view to sharing industry and business process best practices gained throughout his career. Michael has strong business acumen & specialises in understanding business processes and drivers and translating these into an analytics technical landscape that ensures strong user adoption and delivers results. With expertise in data and analytics requirements scoping, advisory, project delivery, design, development, training & support services. Michael is skilled in both Power BI and Qlik having worked as the Principal Consultant at BI consultancy Inside Info for over ten years, in addition to over nine years working on the client side for medical devices firm Synthes as their BI Lead in Australia.

Puran possesses strong investigative & business mapping skills alongside technical prowess in Azure Cloud, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, DevOps, SSAS & SSRS. Puran has led large-scale on-premise SQL migrations to Azure Cloud & is adept at working with large data sets. Prior experience includes BidOne, Finserv & HCL Technologies, in India, UK, New Zealand & now Australia. Puran is a Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate & Azure Administrator Associate, while also holding a Master of Computer Applications, IT.
